If you need to return a product, please review our 14-day return policy below:
1. Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- Only products purchased directly from Sup N Go are eligible for returns.
2. Initiation of Return:
- Contact our customer support team by emailing Hello@SupNGo.com or texting (925) 951-7741 within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Return Process:
- Once your return is approved, you'll receive instructions on how to return the item.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless there was an error on our part.
4. Inspection and Refund:
- After we receive the returned item, we'll inspect it for eligibility.
- If approved, we'll issue a refund using your original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Items:
- Opened or used supplements are not eligible for return.
6. Exchanges:
- We currently don't offer direct exchanges. Please follow the return process and place a new order separately.
